Day 1: Pick-Up Point – Tumpak Sewu Homestay
In the morning, our staff will pick you up from Surabaya or Malang. We will then drive directly to the Tumpak Sewu area. Upon arrival, check into the homestay and enjoy some free time to relax.
Day 2: Tumpak Sewu Waterfall – Tetes Cafe – Mount Bromo Hotel
After breakfast, we will visit the majestic Tumpak Sewu Waterfall and explore the Tetes Cave. Once we finish the activities, we’ll head back to the homestay for check-out. Next, we’ll transfer you to a hotel in Bromo, which will take approximately 4-5 hours. Check-in to the hotel and rest for the night.
Day 3: Bromo Sunrise Tour – Ijen Hotel
Wake up at 3 am, and our jeep driver will pick you up from the hotel to witness the breathtaking sunrise at the Penanjakan Sunrise Viewpoint in Bromo. Enjoy the stunning panorama of Mount Batok, Mount Bromo, Mount Widodaren, and Mount Semeru.
Afterward, we’ll return to the jeep and descend to the Bromo sea of sand. From there, you can choose to either hike or rent a horse to visit the Luhur Poten temple at the foot of Mount Bromo and climb the Bromo Crater. Once the Bromo tour concludes, we’ll transfer you back to the hotel for breakfast and check-out. If you’re interested, we can continue the journey to the Ijen hotel, 4-5 hours to reach the hotel in Ijen. Check-in to the hotel and rest.
Day 4: Ijen Crater Blue Fire – Drop Off
Wake up at midnight (12 am). Our driver will take you to the Paltuding starting point for the Ijen Crater climb, which will take approximately 1.5 hours. From there, a local guide will accompany you on the 1.5-hour ascent to the top of Mount Ijen, where you can witness the mesmerizing blue fire, the sunrise, and the stunning sulfur crater lake. After thoroughly enjoying the natural beauty of the Ijen Crater, descend back to the parking area and prepare for the return journey to Surabaya, which will take around 6-7 hours. Alternatively, we can transfer you to the ferry port for your journey to Bali, which is approximately 1.5 hours away. The tour concludes here.
